It looks a bit like that poor alpha build leaked, which will not resemble Longhorn at all when released.
That objectdock reminds me of the Office startup bar deal.
Now, if they had something that worked like the Mac OSX dock I would be all over that in 2 seconds:)

they do, search the web for it. i've seen people's desktops with it, i just don't remember the program that does it.
