Hello guys, I have a huge problem. My Dell Inspiron 710m was causing problems due to virus infection so I tried to boot from F12 and all of a sudden It won't let me log in. It asks for a bios password and the one I had doesn't work. I don't even know what the Master Password is, 1st time it ever appears. I'll be greatly thankful for your help...

Darkness-this is not my area, but spent some time on line checking out possible solutions. Would suggest the Dell lap-top people off the top. However, have enclosed a Bios check, if indeed that is the difficulty. There is a lot of stuff out there, but some of the guys here are quite capable, and can help with the correct solution. to clear the BIOS password...you the reset CMOS jumper OR disconnect the power cord to the computer and remove the Mobo battery.

once in do a boot time scan with something like Avast AV...yes it's free.

Thank you both for your replies, tried everything and nothing worked. I better took it to the Dell Co. over here to get it fixed. Damn, that wasn't on my budget.
