No great light pollution here according to that image. However, it really does give a false impression of the prairie area. Here in Manitoba our provincial hydro electric organization gives rebates up to 100% of the cost of incandescent bulb replacement with CFLs. Of course, me being me, I switched over before the rebates came into effect and probably didn't save my receipts. *sigh* Early adopter syndrome. LOL.
