*Sigh*. The seriously deluded on both sides are a pain in the ass. No one has the "right" to disrespect people that have secured and continue to secure their freedom. Sheer fecking ingratitude. Yes, folks have a right to free speech. Yes, the military has had excesses. No one has denied that. But if you mouth off and trash those that have maintained your freedom, one day someone is going to take exception to your polarized view and "express" their opinion of YOUR stupidity. Hey, they are just honouring their right to "free speech." You can't have it one way: either both groups have it or neither.

All sides sides should have something called respect and civility .... police have respect and civility for others, and should enforce the laws, especially when the streets and sidewalks become blocked with those that are over excited, and that become a danger to themselves, and on going traffic. There are open fields that are great for this stuff in the country side, and that can be rented with great fresh air, and sunshine. A complete waste of time and energy that could be used. e.g., in hospitals caring for the sick and those less fortunate-a much more usefull way to demonstrate one rights, self expression, and frankly accompolish something productive for others.
