Full Version: Anybody watch Dexter?
I just think the irony of the premise is a great hoot. A serial killer works as a blood splatter specialist tech for the cops and hunts/kills serial killers. It has a good solid caste of charactors in it, including James Remar, a veteran actor of the bizarre. Anyone else watch and enjoy this show?

Never heard of it, but then again I work nights and tend to be sleeping during primetime.
saw previews for it, and wouldn't mind watching abit of it...
It is on my "must watch" list. 
Will make a effort to see it-could be it is out on DVD series-if so, would just like to pick up the first season with out the commercials-thanks .... series sounds interesting! 
i saw the adds for it looks pretty good but i never see it when im watching tv tho must be on at the wrong time
Haven't seen/heard anything about it, but from your description it sounds like its worth watching!
Believe me, it is quite well done. Getting to the good part in the plot development also.

Dexter originally aired season 1 on the Showtime network in the United states in the fall of 2k6. the second season was juts completed on Showtime this past december.
Recently, it started showing season 1 on CBS and i got hooked after hearing my brother ranting about the acting in it (he's and actor/writer for TV shows). You can get season 1 on DvD now and season 2 is coming on dvd soon. or you can go and watch them HERE if you can't wait and don't mind Spanish subtitles and a small sized screen. I just finished watching season 1 the other dy and am defintly a fan of this show.
(the link has the unedited showtime versions of the show, about 60 minutes of an episode as compared to 44 minutes for a edited CBS version.

The first season is now...it's a brand new show. You're not going to see it on DVD for a while.
It's ok...I liked the premise so I watched it, but there's just something about it that doesn't quite do it for me. I'll watch it if I happen to be home and it's on, but I don't make any special effort.
Watched both seasons and cant wait for the 3rd - awesome show!
