I have disabled it except for web addresses... nothing I do can get rid of the traces of url's I've typed (and some I have not) in the past.

Is there a good program that can completely wipe out this?

My employer uses websense so this is not an issue of them spying on my... they already know what i do and when and how often

hmmm... i thought clearing the history under Tools-Internet Options does the trick?? no?

no... not all... how do I clear out the ones for Windows Explorer.... the IE ones are gone (had to disable persistant caching) but now I cannot get rid of the nt ones.... hmmmm if I could only get rid of my profile and start over...
oh well, like I said, they track us on the server side so it does not make that much difference.

have tried cleaning out the Temporary Internet Files folder?

there are a bunch of free and shareware progs out there to do that. have a look at www.download.com
