Apple agreed to settle a pair of class-action lawsuits in Canada that accused the company of misleading consumers about the battery longevity of their iPods. If you’ve got an iPod and live in Canada, you may be entitled to a settlement if you meet the requirements. The link to the settlement info is below.
To be eligible, the battery life of their iPods — while continuously playing music — needs to have dropped to five hours or less for the first and second generation of the device and four hours or less for the third generation.
