There is a lot of infrastructure to re-build here, roads, electrical grids, dams, oil refineries, atomic power plants, hospitals, modern school systems, city water systems, ports, re-generate a merchant marine, build new modern factories, transportation systems, rebuild a few cities that have been damaged by floods and wind, especially, a new military, e.g., Army, Navy, Marines, and Air force ... all with new equipment/training/good benefits, and so on, and on!

Ok, so we are spending billions rebuilding Iraq...what about here? Isn't it time to take care of our own for a change?
That is the problem. bull

No problem at all bull, just use the oil they now have on tap, to pay bills, and associated costs for them, i.e., rebuilding their infrastructure. In addition, to deducting a percentage for management fees to pay for our help, and the help of our allies involved with freeing the 50, or so million people, that can now decide their own fate to some degree. BTW, their oil fields are now working, and if they need some help, both the Iraqi army, and a few of our armored divisions can add support to this initiative .... of course, that is, if anything can get past the unified Congress and Senate that apparently have been quite intransigent for the last several decades.
The problem really seems to be: How do you get supportive, and wise leaders-maybe, if both Congress, and the Senate, stay out of the sun during the hottest time of day, ware hats, and do a lot of cool, clear, water for starters?
