Thank-you, Ray. Of course! Do you think it is just you, the British and Chinese that have a love of fireworks?

We have fireworks for the Victoria Day long weekend in May. (After Queen Victoria.) And also on July 1st. I don't know about any other city in Canada however here in Winnipeg, you will have the local area having fireworks (usually at the local community club, aka hockey rink/baseball diamond) and a city/provincial/federal event at a prominent city area such as Winnipeg's The Forks. The Forks is the area of confluence of the Red and Assiniboine rivers and there are a whole pile of stores and restuarants there. Plus a scenic river walk which is usually flooded at least one if not twice a summer due to great engineering plans, architecture competence and forethought in city planning.

<Sorry, couldn't resist a kick at the microcephalics that planned and engineered this city walk.> Good thing that someone didn't completely have their cabeza jacked up past their anal sphincter and actually thought about having canoe and paddleboat, scenic river tours as a backup/contigency. Idiots.
