In a watercooling system would it be possiable to use Anti-Freeze instead of water? Anyone tried this at all, or know of a site with some information on it? I would like to give it a shot, but I need more info before I go any farther:)

antifreeze has weird properties, and does not do so well when continually cooled and heated rapidly. Stay with distilled water and WET.

You can run Anti-freeze in your system. Actually it is recommended if your waterblock and your radiator are of different metal types. Check out this link here
