Need some oil? Just check out a few sites dealing with oil reserves in the United States, Alaska, and the Arctic regions, and there is enough for many more decades, if that is the mode of energy we wish to use. Point is, oil is a commodity, and politics is unfortunately not favorable currently to drill for more oil/gas.
