Coal is a problem! Nevertheless, coal is one of the basic fundamentals of America's economic treasures and strengths. Unfortunately, for all of us Senator Obama has a solution for all those that work in the coal industries, and the states that have a great deal at stake in the production of coal. Interestingly, Senator McCain's plan on coal is quite different than Senator Obama's plan, and will continue to produce more jobs, be environmentally solvent, provide more energy for our basic needs, make money, and pay for the balance of trade issues with other countries. Wonder what these states will decide in the up-coming election for president of the United States, and of course, coal production, and energy management?

pappy, quite amazing for me to see how some one would not vote their best interests, and those of their country-find this entire election incredible, and off the wall! Do support, and appreciate candidates that preformed for their country by trial of fire honorably when in military service, and sacrificed for their country with both words and deeds continually afterwards. Senator McCain spent more time being brutalized by the enemy for Americans, than his opponent has in elected office! But, then again, what do Dragonflies know-they just fly about and eat bugs?

tb, there are currently solutions to argument the use of coal is unsafe, indeed the reverse is true, that is, we have methods now that are environmentally friendly and safe in the use of coal as energy. The problem is in the political intransigence in Congress for the industry. Google some key words, e.g., coal/politics/money, etc.

It's amazing to me, our union U.M.W.A. supported him, as McCain is part of the worker hating, pro bussinees crew we now have in power, the options were fire or more fire. When is this country going to come up with someone, that's not part of the thinking that has got us in this mess. Not this time for sure!
