Planting fruit trees in the home garden. Not very much of an effort, and the rewards are great! Fresh fruit when in season, and canned stuff out of season. A great way to save money, have fun, and be a little self-reliant at the same time-good work out raking a few leaves, and pruning the trees when you get into it a bit. A good healthily way to go, and trees indeed have a magic and charm of their own-great for your outlook, and social balance! icon_smile.gif

That is unfortunate pappy, out this way at the store, a big orange can go for over a dollar plus! Oranges are great, and if some one does not have a sugar problem-great stuff! To bad, that some organizations that collect food for the homeless can not get it together, and help people out in this situation-they could collect the oranges, and clean up the area at the same time-do realize that many of these people a volunteers, still may be a good way to go for all. icon_smile.gif
