Vet help organization. Perhaps so, did check out as best as possible, i.e., who they are, and what they do. Apparently, this organization is made up of vets on a voluntary basis-this off the top sounds good. However, am quite skeptical about any help organization, and their motivations. Would check out very carefully before committing any personal info, and especially money. With that said, if they prove out to be for real, this can be another helpful asset until the VA system is repaired a bit more.

Good call and thank-you, Df. The vets have been neglected and treated pretty much shabbily by the government and the general populace. For the most part but not all times. I've heard stories and accounts outlining both. That also applies to Canada, not just the United States. However, as Pappy let us know about a while back, Canadians still bother to attend services for the vets and will line streets when there are soldiers (deceased) being returned from their service and the ultimate sacrifice.
