You may want to google the name Don Fonger, pilot. He was a friend of the family and has an interesting flying history. Passed away a while ago, unfortunately. My parents generation seems to have more interesting folks than mine.

Really do have much respect for these people-they were indeed from quite an eventful era, and were just a lot of neat fun filled, and adventurous people.
