Go to the image site, then right click on the image and select properties. Highlight the Address (url) then right click and highlight that address and select copy. Go back to 4peeps and hit reply to the forum you want to add image to. You then select "insert image icon" it's right to the left of the smiley icon on the 4peeps page and paste the address in the popup window.
