I have been browsing throught The Matrix forums which is an absolute horrible way for communication IMO...and there have been a lot of discussions on theories...

Please do not get so upset as to start an arguement and slam wham and salupe each other (salupe is a new word which i will begin to use frequently. i just made it up...really). so if you need to cool down <->Click Here<->

I would like to discuss theories here ....so without further ado I will begin my philisophical speech :wink:


The "ID" Program
As a person with a strong interest in computers and a knowledge of the different levels in a computing platfrom I tend to think of the body as a PC System. The mind has different programs and different mediums unto which it stores data. In psychology one of the things discussed was the "ID". The self. I. That itself is the operating system. In the computing world there are several operating systems, the most common being Windows, Linux, and Mac OS. Every PC has its own operating system installed on it. So it makes sense that every person has its own OS. Agent Smith has his, Neo has his, Morpheous has his. So everytime Agent Smith copies himself he is overwriting an operating system. Now when Agent Smith "assimilated" another agent during the Burly Brawl scene (100 Smiths) he didn't overwright the Agent himself, but he uninstalled the agent from the mind of the woman the agent and temporalily taken over and then wrote himself over the womans mind. Agents seem to be like a theme in windows xp. So pretty much what I am saying is that your sense of self, your identity of yourself is a program. As the Matrix is like the Internet or a Network and all the minds are the network computers, websites, and what not they can be hacked and the data manipulated just like the Matrix can be hacked and manipulated. The parameters of the program can be changed. The program itself deleted. A new program can replace it. A trojan stashed away. A virus that slowly corrupts the mind. As since the mind is part of the network there are ways to connect to other minds or computers. Perhaps a whole nother network. The machine network. Perhaps Neo has the password, the code, the information needed to connect to the machine network and give commands to the machine minds. He has the ROOT password. That is it...thinking as I type he has the Admin password.

think it was einstein who was surprised that just about everything in nature, could be explained by simple equations. well, to him anyway anything is possible though, even god. not a religious man, but holding all options open til proofs are here

From that come Doubt and Faith.

Once can not have faith without doubt or doubt without faith.
