St. Anger sucked - and I love metallica and went to 2003's Summer Sanitarium tour with Limp Dickzit, Linkin Park and Deftones (don't care much for any of those bands) but damn Metallica put on one hell of a live show.

Also went to see Yngwie Malmsteen here in Dallas a few weeks ago; small venue, a few hundred people, but still kicked major ass. Malmsteen's the god of neo-classical metal.

Hmm, i liked it a little when the album came out, then went off it, i seem to like it now, its nowhere their best work (Re: Maseter of Pupperts!) but its different, a new direction.

Never really liked metal music of any sort - but I think killing them is a bit drastic! Maybe just maim them so they can't play!!

I have been down on Metallica since they became the RIAA's bitches. Freaking Lars needs to shut the hell up.

I love the old metallica, but the new stuff is not even on par. I think it may be time for them to make a good cross-over hit and get on the light rock stations.
