That's what I have, too! I got mine a bit over three years ago for free after rebate (excluding the sales tax and the cost of the stamp). It sits in the glove box of my car waiting for an emergency that I hope never comes!

I like my Nokia, but I am thinking of call up AT&T and getting a better phone and paying full retail price for it. I am not happy with it.

nokia's are shit. i've had loads of em, and the life-length on these phones are close to none. yes, they are cool, yes they have some cool features, but not worth it's cost by a longshot. buy quality phones like sony-ericsson or panasonic
Kingbob

Nokias rule. I've been using them for at least 6 years with no issue. I tried a couple of Ericcsons along the way and they're just not in the same league. They have always had terrible reception for me and the few people I know that tried them, they all went back to Nokia or Motorolla after a week or so. The Ericcsons also always seem to be clunky (Clip on bluetooth, clip on vibrating add on, clip on camera, etc.) and lagging behind in features (last one I tried didn't even have a mute function at all ... how dumb is that?).

The Ericssons where one thing.. now... Sony Ericsson seems to be the best phone we offer here, and the Nokias are absolute crap... It all depends on the model of switches your cell provider is using as well as the system it is on...

Nokia 6210...Had it around 2 years now, haven't dropped a call yet... This thing will hold a signal inside an all metal elevator, I continue to be impressed.

Motorola T731c from Telus. Im pleased, but not amazed. Mostly clear n great service. Screen easy to look at. too bad there isnt any games. Not being able to download ringtones and images is kinda bad as well, but lucky for me Earthman is a genius. Battery lasts me 2-4 days on 24/7 depending on usage. 1 thing Earthman, why do you have more than 1 phone? Im just curious...
Earthman
Another update on my phones...

Motorola i830 (phone usage)
Motorola i95 (direct connect usage)
Blackberry 6750 (e-mail and web only)

I have so many phones becuase I work at a dealership.. I have my own line, but I carry two dealer lines as well, one on the i95, and one on the blackberry... it's amazing how I can use about 1400 minutes a month + e-mail...

I guess I voted for Siemens when this poll came up, but since then I won a Nokia 6600 smartphone cocky.gif dance.gif
Old Siemens went to my parents icon_twisted.gif
odie

GoKu
Motorola i730
GoKu
Earth... I got 74 hours on my phone in 3/4 months... only went over once and that was for 5 dollars, not bad, eh?
Felix4067
Still using my 3-year-old Motorola Star-Tac. It doesn't play games, it doesn't have 842 ringtones, it doesn't have a colour screen, it doesn't intant message, it doesn't have internet, it doesn't forward my calls to Botswana, it doesn't take pictures.

What it DOES do is allow me to talk to people, and them to talk to me. And if I'm not available, it allows them to leave a message which I can retrieve later. You know...like what a phone should do? icon_wink.gif icon_biggrin.gif

LG 5450. Just got it over a week ago. Love it:)
Earthman
What a surprise.. I've changed phones again.. lol..

Now I carry...

Nokia 3205 (Work Cam phone)
Motorola i95cl (Personal Phone)
Audiovox Thera PDA (Business data usage)
Mandark
I've got an LG with Cingular service.. been the best phone I've ever had with super small size, bright LCD display, and terrific reception.

C1300

It has a great ringtone that sounds like the really old loud rotary dial phones... that is what I use... hahahah

alot of other folks use songs but when they hear that, they love it cause it reminds them of the good-'ol days
adhesive
sony ericsson k700i

=F.P.M.=[WIG]
well I figured I should put in my tw cents. I dont know if this was an old topic brought back up or what but here it is... I read a comment that Nokia's are poor quality... well I dunno bout that mine seems built like a tank... also in testing... Nokia's have the best signal strength and the best quality at low signal strength.... I work for a GSM mobile phone service provider so.... well I know a bit about the phones
Earthman
Well, another update on my phones again...

Traded in my Motorola i95 for a Motorola v710... Bluetooth goodness.. (^_^)...
Still have my Nokia 3205i, and Audiovox Thera...

As a side note.. I work for a provider here as well, hence the reason I change phones so often.. hehehe
FlightsimGuy
Motrola V710 here too :P ( Traded from a Samsung A540 to an LG Fasttap 6190 to the Moto- customer service must LOVE me :P)
Crazy YukonXL2002
had a nokia 3390 for 3 years, tile mom ran over it
Earthman
Another Update (Not via my own choice tho):

Lent my Nokia 3205i out to a co-worker for a month or so, for him to take on tour in his band, cause of the quality of the pics. So now I'm using a loaner LG 5450, and am hating it already.. bleh, crappy sound quality...
FlightsimGuy
Wasn't THAT bad a phone when I had it Terran. Although when you compare it to the V710 or LG6190 (or any of the other phones I've had :P), it doesn't sound as good.
Earthman
Another change in handsets (not via my own choice this time though...) Traded in my Audiovox Thera PDA for a Blackberry 7250... Blech.. Trackwheel, no stylus like I'm used to...
Earthman
Another update.. ^_^ Haven't changed phones in a while, but now I'm using the Moto Razr v3c as my only phone.
