Ok..., i got some little hs...

i want to attach them to the ram chips on a vid card....what should i use?

that 3m double sided tape is ok, but after long exposer, it disolves into powder...

I've never used any personally but I've read a lot about it.

A lot of people use Arctic Silver mixed 50/50 with Arctic Silver or Arctic Alumina thermal adhesive. You get better thermal transfer than you would by using tape and by mixing it you're still able to get them back off.

I know he isn't here but oh well, for other people, they make Artic Silver Epoxy type stuff * I beleive Epoxy is the right word for this? * It's like glue but it's a thermal compound..

I have't heared of the mix before nate.. but I'mm look into it

That would be the thermal adhesive Nate was referring to. There are several brands and most are just as good as the others. Arctic Alumina has been around for a while and is nonconductive, so it's a pretty safe bet. Just make sure you REALLY want hose RAMsinks on your vid card!

Man,

The new arctic silver 5 is the bes I have used, and Im anal about using the newest, it keeps my P4 3.0 (OC-3.52) at a cool 32C under load, and thats with air cooling.
