I have recently bought a extigy sound card, however i can't get the microphone to work..

Help!!!!a lot

P.S. i can talk and hear from my speakers but can't record or use in games and MSN!!!...

I need Help desperately..

either yuo pluged it into the wrong jack.. or the mics broken.. or it could just be muted in the volume control

I have checked everything... and everything is plug in correctly.. i also tried with 4 different mic but still won't want to work


not sure is there some problem with the operating system (98) as there is a lot of problem with it anyway.....

look at the volume settings from the audio thingy in the system tray and tell us if the record stuff is muted or turned way down...
