Moderators Note.......
Any post that says that XP rules, is good or anything of the sort will automatically get a "XP sucks" from pappy. That is just the way it is.
He is older, so we just humor him at these times. Then we remedicate him and all is fine.

i am glad u have embraced a really good OS like linux instead of Win9x (although u still probably use 9x for games)

Nope, got UT and Q3 running fine on Mandrake
Only bad thing is that the V5 runs in single chip in Linux. I hope to help develop SLI capable drivers, plus FSAA and GBC, etc.

Mainly I am going to be working with 2 other people in the know as well with Voodoo drivers. I have all of the Glide2x source, which I need to port to h5 (Voodoo4/5) from h3 (Voodoo3). The intended order is to get SLI compatibility first, but we will see... dev3dfx.sourceforge.net is the planned page for all 3dfx Voodoo driver development, as we are working on an updated 1.2 OpenGL driver for Windows. I hope it is finished soon... new features, increased speed *drooling*
