I'm not( and never was) in favor of the "war", but fully support our troops, I can't believe that this is considered adaquate for a permenant base.
Hard to believe that anyone can support "duh-be-you" after seeing his full support for our troops, (yeah he loved the ratings bump when he started it! icon_mad.gif ) I hope everyone remembers this when election time comes (along with reductions in combat pay and asking the injured to pay for their own meals.!!!)

Let's not forget his wonderful economic plan of cutting income and increasing spending as a way to get the United States of America back on its financial feet! icon_rolleyes.gif

The only problem is, there isn't anyone that I know of running that would actually be an improvement! There isn't a single Democrat running worth the effort of voting for. Not one of them has an actual platform or plan to change anything, they're all just riding the 'Vote for me, I'm not George W. Bush!' campaign train to nowhere. icon_confused.gif

On a slightly ironic note, anyone remember the movie 'Demolition Man'? If you do, do you also remember the name of someone that is now a Governor popping up as a President of the United States after the repeal of a Constitutional Amendment barring non-native citizens from becoming President? Do you think we're headed for the Twilight Zone?

or worse! but arnold won't get that far, as he now seems to be trying to tie himself to the bush-a-nader. notice he's ready to remove the car tax in CA (I guess their defict is big enough yet!) in a couple months people will catch on that movie lines won't solve a bankrupt system and the recall will start again.

I doubt that. He might be an actor but he's also one hell of a busniess man. If anyone can dig someone out of a hole like CA is in, it will be him. I like his plan, Audit everything and find out where all the crap is going.

Also did you know, that the Recall cost california like, 61 million, but brought in 117 million, not sure of exact figures, but if they need to, just keep recalling every two months for a year and the problem is fixed icon_smile.gif

That's the kind of fuzzy math that started this whole thing
A}$336M per year(117m-61m x 6) will not eliminate a $10Billion debt ever! the interest alone (particularly with CA derated credit rating spurred by the recall) will eat you up. I'd wonder where they figure they earned that money. source?

the$10B= may return to the $40 B+ if the arnold continues to repeal the tax changes davis pushed through to pay the debt. Somehow republicans fail to understand you don't reduce debt by reducing income, you have to reduce expenditures.
This can only happen by agreeing to reduce the number and cost of the programs CA pays for, by agreement between all the political factions (or at least a large enough majority to pass and maintain a consistant budget.

Somehow liberals fail to understand you don't reduce debt by reducing income, you have to reduce expenditures.

You have mistaken liberals for republicans in your wording in every one of your posts. Liberals are all for your unnecessary spending programs all over the place. Welfare or Medicare for example. Have you fogotten that? Oh wait, they praise such things in their campaign trails, but NEVER help the blacks, needy, poor, etc.

Notice how the DOW and Nasdaq are RISING? Oh, you don't hear about that in the liberal media. The economy is turning around and you are ignoring it now because it would be praise to Bush. You anti-Bush people are all the same. 15 of them are running for president. Dean is the WORST out of all of them and I cannot see how he is "leading."

T-Shirt, I've been through your kind before, and arguing with people such as your self is like talking to a brick wall. I just don't want to get anyone "upset" in a text forum, so I'll stop there.

Hmmmmm..... let's see. Where are the weapons of mass destruction? Oh, my bad, they're in the oil wells that every country (including the USA) is trying so desperately to control (where in the hell were all of these other countries when the war first started?). GW is an ass & if you can't see that well..... you might want to check out this site

Hm... let's see. Bad information from the CIA. Bush's fault? HARDLY. But you BLAME HIM for it. How typical from an Anti-Bush person.

Oil fields? We arn't getting anything out of it dummy! In fact it has been hard keeping them going, but the Iraqi's are getting the profit. It has been several people's recommendations that the Iraqi's pay us back with their oil, but Bush hasn't said anything about that.... Hm...

Do you believe a word of that site? Really? Come on, be truthful. That website is what we know as a "conspiracy theory" website.
RaisinCain
Bush KNEW that Iraq wasn't a threat hence the reason noone has found WMD. That's true, GW hasn't said ANYTHING about using Iraqi oil to "pay us back" (maybe he should consider it, look at what HE has done to our nation's economy). Lastly, that website has the documentation to back up their claims... read a little more before you decide it's a "conspiracy theory" website. Hell, i'd like to see Clinton back in office, all he did was get a blow job.
Mister 4x4
Ummm, gotta wade in here about not finding the WMDs. Now, while I'm not saying this is proof of anything more than what it is, this should at least open the door to the possibility that the WMDs are indeed there... they're just not going to be easy to find.

Enjoy this PowerPoint slide show.
