I really hate this. I go to the vending machine, plop in $.65, select the cherry pie, and out it comes. I look at the package carefully, and it says "Real Fruit". Then right below that it says "Cherrie Pie". Then, right below that it says "artificially flavored". So................. I'm asking myself, "WHAT KIND OF REAL FRUIT?".

I think it goes something like this. You take the "real fruit", remove any and all redeeming value, including flavor, color, and nutrients. Then, you put in artificial flavoring and color, throw in a hefty amount of sugar, and package it all up. And there's your delicious, real fruit snack. Yum.

it's like the lime/cactus flavored ice-tea we've got here, where the bottle says it contains 0.2% lime and 0% cactus

if you read the ingrediants.. nowhere does it say vanilla...

what it is is that because of all preservatives and crap in it it wont taste as good as it should so they ad falvours to make it taste right

If the snack and beverage industy had to be truely honest about their products, we probably woudn't eat very much.
the real ingredients are :alot of overpriced water, an excessive amount of some sort of sugar and/or other sweeteners, some dye to make it pretty, acid for zing, caffine for zip, artifical and a very small amount of natural flavor (which is only in there to make you feel like it's good for you)
