Can i improve? What would you inprove without buying water cooling? How can i improve these settings?

you could unlock the CPU FSB via the BIOS and run at DDR 400.. just get another stick of pc3200 and put it in the slot farthest away from the slot your other stick is in....

you need 2 sticks to take advantage of the Dual Memory Controller in that NVidia nForce 2 chipset...

get the same type of ram, same size and manufacturer too. don't just buy the cheapest ram. another stick of 512 in slot #3 (farthest away from the single slot)

your system would kick serious ass at ddr 400

Manny is correct though, you are taking a preformance hit by not usin the dual channel capabilities of your mobo.
A vid card upgrade with your current mobo would give you a big boost.
