have a co-worker that is looking to extract audio from a dvd so he can burn onto a cd......(some kinda concert)....he just wants the sound.....any idea guys? wallbash.gif

I know that I just saw something about an app that would rip DVD-Audio. I don't konw if it will rip the audio from a video or if it just rips DVD-Audio discs.

easier way is to hook the line out to the line in and record using musicmatch (or another program capable of recording from line in)

my DVD player has vid and audio out , just plug the audio to any recording device.

when you do that.. is the audio good? I mean.. it's an anlog recording... sooooo just wondering

when it comes out of the DVD player yes its anlog for the sterio to play but sounds just fine.
