Anything Italian. Turkish food rocks too, although spicy kirfta tends to bring about the rumblies and subsequent 'blowing of mud.'
I've also come to appreciate Texas barbecue over the years for some reason...

I love Chinese food and Mexican food too. But my favorite has to be Hungarian food. That's what I grew up eating and that's what I love.
A good sized dish of Beef Paprikas over noodles and I'm in heaven.

I will always come back to Irish food.

But my real favourite is Mediterranean. LOVE lamb and goat, and grape leaves no matter what they're stuffed with, and hummus, and feta, and everything else.

Which would be my second choice.
If I lived somewhere other than in the middle of the country, where seafood isn't really fresh even though they say it is, then it'd be first.

My favorite food is always something that I haven't had for a while.
Most of the time that will something rare. Rare as in I can't afford to eat it all the time.
But this isn't always the case, sometimes I might just be a simple peanut butter and jelly sandwich.
Overall though, the rare catagory has to be seafood.
Today I have some farm raised salmon thawing. What I'd preferr is a fresh young blue fish instead. If I could find it, that would run 2-2 1/2 times the salmon.

Ha ha ha. Way too funny. Unfortunately I have this situation where when I eat certain foods in combination it is a "thar she blows" episode also. Really annoying as hell as I can't figure out which foods create this ungodly effect.
Soups, salads, and Italian or Chinese (mild though.)

As to the Italian chow, steak and butterscotch anything: check, especially to the Italian and butterscotch pudding. (wiggles like a puppy) And guess what I came home with from my Mother's with???

You guessed it a big container of butterscotch pudding!!!! I'd be more than happy to share, but distance and time.
