Why not just raise the fish in another location out of the birds nesting and migratory habitat path?

I think that you'll find that it wasn't the Liberals' You'll find that it was a Progressive Republican named Theodore Roosevelt.
At a time when the word Conservitive actuallty stood for conserving something. Most of which by today's standards, people are glad that it wasn't conserved.

I never looked at the spotted owl issue too close, my guess is that it was just a little over the top for most. To be hung up there as an example of every issue that comes down the pike.
Lots of times though, protecting the environment is just common sense at no or little added expense, short term and long term.
And can attain good management of our natural resources without just giving the resources away.

That was just plain funny.

What a moral dilemma. I like their solutions too. So they want to kill off one of the endangered species. Who got to decide who has to go I wonder.
