Found a great song that I have been searching for what seems like ages. With help from all my 4peeps friends of course. Just the way it should be. It is a true family here, which is a great blessing and a comfort.
Also, did the stair circuit again today and added two more laps. I will be in great shape soon enough and then work on the details. Perseverance pays off in spades.

Got Sacred today and played it. Went to honors society induction. Meet someone I haven't seen in a while. My member was excited.

Lived through Day 1 of entirely too many meetings. One for my union local, and two for the local Union Label Coalition. Also lived through Day 5 of not being able to speak above a whisper. Managed to avoid having to go to the doctor due to not being around mom other than for a few minutes (she's been insisting I go for a couple of days now).

Sitting here wondering why I can't sleep at 3:40am when I have meetings all day tomorrow starting at 9am. *sigh*

Had a great day at work, everything i tried worked with flying results, which probably means its all gonna fall over tomorrow, but hey, im walking a foot above the floor today

Sanded down the walls on the landing, spent hours carefully painting around seven door frames and the got the roller out and painted the ceiling and half of the stairwell.

Been shopping for new matteress, new watch......sorting out paperwork and filing them away and there is still load of them laying around......boo hoo!

Sent out a global email to all staff by mistake - my boss was in tears laughing when he saw the subject content.

Spent 9 hours on a conference call with a guy in Singapore who is a special kind of stupid!

The guy has wasted 30 hours of my time in two days and I'll never get those hours back!

Saw patients all morning. Then went to the bank and off to the house. Sat on my glasses while working on the tractor and smushed them good. Irreparable. Went to the jeweler's to repair a neclace for my wife. Then by the optometrist to order a new pair of prescription sunglasses. Then went and had the oil changed in the Miata. Back home , mowed about two hours on the tractor. Then used the little push mower for the back yard. 75 degrees and sunny. My kind of day. Raked up piles of pine needles and burned 25 wheelbarrow loads ( still burning) . Talked with the Granitite distributor about resurfacing my pool deck ( he came out and measured ) . Gave my daughter a driving lesson in the Miata ( she only knows how to drive an automatic ) . that was fun. Cleaned out the garage. some. Got an advance RMA from Western Digital for my 80 Gb hard drive. And then it fell on the floor, durn. And now ready to eat some grilled burgers.

Had such a good workout that my legs were shaking

went to the pub last night, specifically to just get some hot wings to go <they make THE BEST hot wings I've ever had, bar none>, and with plan to have one and only one pint while I was there.....

just as my wings arrived and I tabbed out, a particularly attractive brunette started chatting me up. Very good conversationalist, and we ended up talking for 3 hours.

TREMENDOUS self-esteem boost <been a bit down in the dumps lately>. Still on cloud nine.

Sitting here in class, a couple of the other students just came back in after having taken the test already (they were here for review purposes). Anyway, turns out the cirriculum is preparing us for 'the test' on the newer equpment, procedures, and warranty information... but it turns out the test is more geared towards older material, that is no longer in the cirriculum.

The instructor is pissed and going to contact the folks that wrote the tests with a WTF argument.

Started watching the Expos play the Astros.

had a coffee... received my Belkin UPS, ordered a Sony Wega 27" online... had a diet pepsi... you know.. work related stuff

Had a dream last night about a game to make. Woke up and was like, that's a pretty cool game. So I think I'll make it over the summer. It's kind like MTG or any CCG but its core concept is a two on two basketball game. Don't know how many people will go for that but it blends my two favorite things together so it can be that bad. I think it's a pretty cool idea.

Finished off painting the hall and stairwell.

Took Harvey to the Vet and they want a Biopsy on him.....so agreed to that.

Went shopping!

Made spicy pork and hominy stew...

Made a loaf of fresh bread for lunch.... had scrambled eggs & fresh bread.

Began my 2nd nervous breakdown......but then I gotter better when Pompey beat Blackburn 2-1.....AWAY frome home!!!!

Did some little jobs around the house, went into the city centre for a 30 minute shopping spree, nipped to the supermarket.

Worked on the financials for my paper. Don't have much else going on today, sort of nice.

Not one damn thing. I haven't even gotted dressed, and it's after 5pm. I figure I might clean the house tomorrow. Or not.

I justify this by the fact that I almost never get a Saturday completely off (and I stole this one, since the call for work this morning came in last night after 10pm).

Zero, zilch, nada, zip, nothing. That about cover it?

Woke up, had a lovely workout at the gym, showered and ate, got a couple of inches of hair cut off, and now it's home sweet home.

Talked to my parents.

Bought a sanke for the bathroom sink, a new gasket for the toilet, some wood trim for the stairs and living room and our new living room furniture set.

Watch Nottingham Panthers winning the play off game.....5-3.

Then went home......only to make more mess with food......so am cheesed off a bit!

Played a bit with Mr. Pig. He has a mind of his own, darnit!!

Spent the day in the City, got home not long ago.

went wheeling this morning, and managed to find a nice place to flex out my rig. 2 more bumpstops in the rear and I'll be ready for proper shock lengths.

got home about 3, went to do my taxes. Found out I'm getting a nice little chunk. Luckily :knocks wood: none of my vehicles are giving me any trouble so most of the money can be put in the bank. Though I will buy a set of bushwhacker fender flares, lest I get a ticket for running illegally-wide track <DoT states no tires wider than the fenders... and yet all the ricers do it....>

Thought of lots of swank new things I could do to my rig- dismissed most of them as possible future events. Time to just run her and go from there....

Went to the Girl Scout Rummage sale this morning to take my wife a cup of coffee and to help load heavy stuff for people. Then went and got this card for my riding mower. Raked pine straw for one hour and went to choir. Two hour special practice for Easter Cantata. Then came home and raked pine straw , pruned trees and bushes and burned debris. Sprayed bleach on my mildewed siding and then painted my railing. Put a new light bulb in outdoor light. Ate red beans and rice for supper and now a little relaxing.

Played a lot of Sacred. Also had to do laundry at my Gra ndma's since my dryer is broken. Did a fair amount of homework. But way to much Sacred.
