Yup. We have to meet before we go to the table with management to make sure we're all on the same page, and then after we leave the table we have to meet to make sure we get everything done we promised them, and that we're all still on the same page. Both are also strategy sessions. I've been doing it since June 1, at least three days per week. In fact....today:
Pre-meeting meeting at the office.
Contract negotiation meeting.
Post-meeting meeting at the office.
*sigh*
The some last minute shopping before the weekend, and later I'll be going to the laundromat.

Well. They got one partial fingerprint, and a hair that is most likely mine. And a bunch of pictures. And a possible point of entry.
Odds of my getting my laptop back? Pretty much nil. They did encourage me to check with the pawn shops, though. Odds of my mother ever seeing her money, or the collection of coins from different countries - zero.
Odds any of this will be covered by homeowners insurance, or that they'll ever catch the kids (there have been a lot of these recently, it seems) - next to nothing.

Got another job today. This one will be full time selling appliances. It seems like a good store. Family run and a small staff. I will have to work every weekend so that kind of puts a real damper in the photo business. I am really bummed but have no choice. We need to get some debt paid off first. Maybe next year we can make it work.
We also ordered some signs for the bike weel. We are going to try and do some bike portraits at our house. We have a few different spots to take the pictures. Its an experiment and I hope it will at least pay for itself if nothig at all.
Overall today has sucked.
Well, not entirley true. I picked up a bunch of nice and healthy basil plants so I am a little happy.

Got some variety finally....
Drove down to the fairgrounds (about 40 miles from here), and staked out my claim for space (set up my tent...I've got a GREAT spot this year!). Worked only an eight-hour shift, in alternating rain and sunny humidity. Drove home, packed up everything I need except the stuff that needs to be in the cooler, got almost everything in the car.
Remembered at 11:30 I hadn't eaten since lunch...still not really eating much, I guess. Still feel creeped-out in my house. PARANOID about mom going on vacation for a week.
