no offence but american toilets are useless. whenever i go to the states to visit relos they always seem to "win" more than once. whereas back home (australia) i am the 'winner'

i heard somewhere that american toilets have to be a set size, (small) to reduce the amout of water going into the sewerage system, and you can buy bigger capacity toilets and get them illegally installed by some dodgy toilet man.

the latter may only be half true but what about the former?
