to make a boot disk for windows ME... it's for a friend who doesn't have internes access to download the program to make it. I seem to have forget how to do it so any help would be great. Thanks.

click on add/remove programs in controll panel
click on startup disk tab and choose create disk
put floopy disk in
click on startup disk tab and choose create disk
put floopy disk in

If I am not mistaken, doesn't the system disk you make in XP end up being an ME boot disk? I know that is what it says when I boot to it.
