My medical practice uses a telephone answering device to announce information after hours. It does not take messages. The one we are using now is on it's last legs. In trying to replace it the following must be considered. We have to have a device to announce only as we don't want to take messages. We need the capability to use multiple messages depending on what day it is. We need three messages. One for weeknights. One for weekends. And one for Saturday clinic. Any earthly idea how I can find such a system. It used to be easy with taped based systems like we use currently. You simply record a tape for each message you want and put in the correct tape on the right day. But most if not all of the current machines are digital and only have the capacity to have two outgoing messages.
