Ok.. so. I'm looking at phones: This Phone To Be More Specific

Now, here's my querie. In the discription of the plan I want:

It says no roaming charges.. but it says on the map that there is places it doesnt cover and is roaming.. how does this work?

Well, now that I'm online.. I can answer.. looking at the map, I cannot see where there would be roaming, other than if you crossed the Canadian Border...
