Does anyone know where I might purchase an answering machine that has two crucial features (1) Announce only (2) two different outgoing message capability ). It can be digital or tape based. It needs to be simple as my staff will have to operate it.

You aren't going to like this answer but it will work. Buy two alike answering phone machine. Set them side by side, plug both into the same line. Get the kind that the answer part can be turned on and off easily. Record the appropriate message on each. Turn the one with the message you want on and the other off.

I have one that works easy( 2 lines but it only allowed one message). So mine won't help you but it does turn on and off easy.

You would be surprised to find out how close you are . I am actually looking for two answering machines , each one with the ability to have two outgoing messages. That will give me 4 separate messages. I actually can get by with three. So I guess the super duct tape method is to buy three and label each message on the outside of the machine . Put them side by side and plug the cord into the one I want for each day. Sigh.....

Better buy the 200 MPH duct tape like the pro's buy. The girls in the office may put fans on their desks this summer.
