Jason
Michael Schumacher has won the Malasian Grand Prix, this is now 2 wins out of 2.

Is it going to be another predicatable season AGAIN ?

I am going to put a bet on Schumacher winning the season I think this week !!
Demon
Didn't they change the points system?
The GazMeister
At least it was a more interesting race, and Schuey had to work for the win this time.

Webber had the original day from hell!
Jason
I am not a Button fan but its good to see him coming in 3rd place thumbup1.gif
fubar
I agree with TGM, Ferrari had the dominant car all weekend, but at least the weather/tyre choices helped make an interesting race.
Button drove a blinder.
Webber/Ralf/Kimi had a nightmare.

Once again though, red is team to beat...!!

Go Ferrari!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Mister 4x4

I fear you may be right. It's about time the rest of the teams got their respective acts together, in particular Mercedes/Ilmor and their lamentable engines.

It was a tad bit more interesting but wish Montoya would drive more sensible and respect the other driver as I find him arrogance yesterday....

I thought he performed very well, although he didn't look happy in the press conference after the race.
Mister 4x4
Now do you see why we were griping about Jeff Gordon several years ago? It sucks when one guy is winning all the time.
Demon
HA! We won't have that problem this year will we?
The GazMeister
True, come the last few races MS will let RB have a couple of scraps from his table for being a good lapdog. icon_rolleyes.gif

I meant the Jeff Gordon situation. icon_rolleyes.gif

And here I was thinking we were on about the Grands Prix. icon_wink.gif tongue_smilie.gif

We are... I was just replying to 4x4's statement. And it's not Schuey's fault that no one can mount a challenge to 'im! Remember, he also won a championship with Bennetton.
The GazMeister
It's not my fault I'm a bit slow, eh?

A snippet from a Williams press release:

The BMW WilliamsF1 Team has made the biggest improvements in 2004. In the first two races, the team has improved its lap times by an average 3.110 seconds.
The intensive test and development programme during the winter has paid off for the BMW WilliamsF1 Team. At the Malaysia Grand Prix, where Juan Pablo Montoya finished in second position, the Colombian set the fastest lap time of the race with a 1:34.223.
It means that Juan Pablo was 3.564 seconds faster than on his personal
fastest lap in last year's race, which also happened to be the fastest lap
set by the BMW WilliamsF1 Team over the weekend.

Trouble is Ferrari and particularly Bridgestone have upped their performance as well. icon_cry.gif
