Don't have one....

Minidisk, turntable, CD player, computer, whatever'll make noise and read an audio datastream... SURELY you have something like that? icon_cool.gif

Don't have any form of portable player, but around the house I use RF headphones and the PC.

My current music playlist runs to 1622 tracks, but this morning I was listening to The Silmarillion in audio book form.

SWEET setup, Gaz.

Unfortunately there's too much background RF noise, not to mention plaster lathing walls, for me to use such a setup in my present domicile.

With any luck, this won't be the issue shortly....

well yeah..... there's that...

I've got about 15GB of MP3's on this laptop <am in the midst of cataloguing my ENTIRE music collection, and will then export to CSV into Excel- much easier than retyping all the contents by hand, plus as a bonus I get to box up all my CDs and drop my collection from approximately 700 CDs and the room they take up, to probably 50 CDs.

:rule: thumbup1.gif

but what're ya LISTENING to, *now*?

Indigo Girls, "Airplane" right now.

Yeah-- put me RIGHT on the flight to Oz now. sure......

got an approx. of ~150GB mp3's on my server. iPod content varies a lot :P
burntkat
I hear ya.

Just counted my CDs that are burned so far. I'm about 12% done, so I'll end up somewhere in that vicinity when I'm done.

Then I start borrowing CDs from friends overnight. icon_wink.gif
Baz
No portable music, unless you count the CD player in the car, which has Kings of Leon on atm.,

At home, got a setup of about 5000 songs, current playlist probably has 1000 songs on it.

Wouldn't be without the RF 'phones. They work in the garden, sheds, out front washing the car, all over the house. Technics RP-WF920H.

It's been a few years since I listened to a tape or CD at home. The car has compilations CD's in it but I usually listen to Radio 4 or Radio 2 when I'm driving.
