Agreed, one of the most influential rock bands of all time. Hit me as a shock when I heard that he died. Also remember Layne Staley of Alice in Chains who was also found dead around this time. It is a shame such talented people have gone so young.

It's been Nirvana on all the rock stations on the radio today. I was on a tour bus with my band geek homies when I heard the news, originally. At the time I didn't really listen to their music, but I was still shocked nonetheless.

RIP Kurt Cobain.

My wife has been a huge Cobain/Nirvana for years. He died whilst we were on our honeymoon. I remember it vividly.
